Elm tree embryo extract
Tissue culture technique for virus elimination
To ensure optimal growth, we began by sterilizing the seeds with hydrogen peroxide for 24 hours to eliminate any surface contaminants. Working under aseptic conditions, we carefully extracted the embryos from the seeds.
We were excited to see the first signs of growth within just 5 days.
The temperature in our growing room was carefully controlled and set slightly above 20 degrees. We also adjusted the pH and enriched the growth medium with essential nutrients, hormones, and amino acids to promote healthy development.
